Urogenital Concerns

  • Perform an assessment and be able to review the management plan for a patient presenting with the signs and symptoms of a urinary tract infection
  • Be able to assess a patient and propose a differential diagnosis for common urinary symptoms including hematuria, dysuria, urinary frequency and incontinence
  • Understand the current recommendations by the Canadian Task Force for screening for Prostate Cancer in Canada and also understand the controversies that exist in these recommendations in order to be able to discuss a management strategy with a patient
